At Frank Handyman Service, we take pride in offering high-quality services to our clients. We are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.
We offer a one (1) year warranty from the date of the Customer Work Agreement and Job Invoice.
Free of charge
Defects in workmanship that arise during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge to the customer.
Exclusion of certain services
The limited warranty does not apply to certain services, such as solid color exterior painting, roof repairs, and leaks.
We commit to repairing, free of charge, defects in workmanship for work performed under the Customer Work Agreement and Job Invoice for a period of one (1) year from the date of the Customer Work Agreement and Job Invoice. This warranty becomes effective when payment in full has been received by and credited to Frank’s Handyman Service.
However, this limited warranty does not apply to materials warranted by the manufacturer or supplied by the customer or other third party. Additionally, this warranty is void if the customer or any third party in any way modifies the work performed by Frank’s Handyman Service.
Some limitations and exclusions apply to our limited warranty, including, but not limited to, solid color exterior painting, roof repairs, and leaks. Material selections relative to color, type, texture, and style are the sole responsibility of the customer.
